I’m going to have a grass-fed burger w/ my #organic #coffee tomorrow. Watch this TED talk, you’ll get it.

Drawings on milk foam are so last season. Alternative coffee brewing methods are definitely to be watched. One doesn’t have to go to a hipster coffee shop to see that this trend has already started to grow. The other day I saw my completely unaware of trends neighbour making a home-made version of drip for her husband. Moreover, aeropress started to conquer even middle-size coffee places in middle-size cities in middle-size countries such as Piece of Cake in Poznan, Poland to give an example from my everyday life. I’m thrilled to see how this trend develops not only from personal reasons (I’m a huge fan of coffee), but also because of the far-fetched consequences on the global economy this trend is likely to bring, esspecially when it comes to fair trade and enviromentally friendly cultivation practices.
A little food forecasting…
